Welcome to The Voyager - a super fun, pet and kid friendly Port Aransas beach house that’s designed for group hangouts and vacation memories to last a lifetime! Just minutes from the nature preserve and the beach, with 4 uniquely styled bedrooms, and a decked out lower patio with a pool, games, and a TV lounge, open living room area, and a fully stocked kitchen, The Voyager invites you to take a deep breath, kick off your shoes, and step into a wonderful South Texas beach vacation!

Please note that this home is NOT located in the golf cart zone. You will need to drive to the beach which is about 5-7 minutes in the car.

The Voyager is a new listing with brand new interior design and amenities that make it not just easy but fun for families and friends to gather and spend quality time together! The true heart of the home is the lower outdoor patio and pool area but with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, an open living room/kitchen, all conveniently laid out in a single floor, the interiors make it easy to spend time as a group too.

The patio is the place to be when you’re not on the beach or bird-watching! Break out the BBQ grill and prepare dinner Texas-style while putting on a game on the patio TV, take turns playing rounds of ping pong and cornhole and dipping in the pool. After a long sunny and sandy day, you can wash off in the outdoor shower, grab some drinks and snacks, and hang out by the firepit. The whole patio is surrounded by string lights so you can stay down here as long as you like!

INSIDE: PERFECT LAYOUT

The steps lead you to the front deck with 3 cushy seats overlooking the natural wetlands Port Aransas is known for.

The front entrance brings you right into the wide living space with the living room to your right and the dining area and open kitchen to your left. Sit on the sofa and watch TV, spread around the dining table, and prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen - all in one space!

THE AREA:

Port Aransas is full of short and sweet nature walks, water sports, fun outdoor hangouts with great food and drinks, and of course, a long sandy beach! You can birdwatch right from the property as it overlooks the wetlands or walk 15minutes to Charlie’s Pasture Nature Preserve Trail, spot birds and turtles and have a picnic at the pavilion.

The Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center is just a 6min drive and Mustang Island about 15minutes away. In 6 minutes you can also reach downtown Port Aransas with tons of fun outdoor cafes, live music, catch & cook restaurants, a Pirate live-action cruise, watersports rentals, and more!

Pets: Dog are welcome! We allow a maximum of 1 dog per stay, with a weight limit of 45 lbs each. Larger dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 per dog applies for the entire stay. Cats and other pets are not permitted. Please note that pets are NOT allowed in the pool. If pet hair is found in the pool filter, a $300 cleaning fee may apply.
