Spacious 2br 2bath condo! On the canal with a boat lift!

Get ready for your beach vacation, just relaxing poolside, or some fishing with family or friends! Come get away! It's all up to you at this 2 bedroom fully furnished and spacious condominium that will sleep up to 8. Fully equipped with all the comforts of home!

Very clean, family friendly, nonsmoking 3rd floor unit with no one above you. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the living room has a sleeper sofa with a queen sized upgraded mattress, and the second bedroom has twin bunk beds and a full bed. There is a pool on site with a shallow shelf for your little ones, and the beach is just a short drive away. Within walking distance you can go out to eat donuts, pizza, burgers and frozen yogurt. You can also walk to CVS for anything else you may need or there is and Island Market/IGA just down the street. The swimming pool has a shallow area 1.6-2 feet deep that is perfect for small children. The pool also offers a covered area for those who want to take a break from the sun. There is a one car garage for storing fishing or sandy beach items, as well as a boat slip and lift that is available upon request. An elevator is located by the pool if you need it, and we live right here on the island in case you need anything at all!

Other than the miles of beaches, there is a variety of things to do in the area. Fishing is in our blood and we would love to point you in the right direction. We have a boat slip that is available upon request at no extra cost and there is also a fish cleaning station for your use. Very nearby is shopping at souvenir shops, golfing at Oso Beach or Lozano, Treasure Island Golf & Games for miniature golf, and horseback riding at Horses on the Beach. Just across the bridge is a trampoline park, Jumping World, and Funtrackers with bumper boats, bungy dome, ropes course, go-carts and more. If you want to go into Corpus Christi, there is Century movie theater, WWII aircraft carrier USS Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, Hurricane Alley Waterpark, South Texas Botanical Gardens, Bowlero, or La Palmera Mall. We had a fabulous 30 day stay at the condo on the island. Everything was very clean and it was furnished with all we needed. We enjoyed the view from the 3rd story balcony and we were able to have our boat parked right below us in the boat slip for easy access to fishing. There is a nice view of the water also from the pool. You are very close to everything on the island - the beach, restaurants, shopping. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. We highly recommend!

Great Vacation

Our family trip was perfect. This place was perfect and as advertised on the web site. The property manager met us there and walked us through everything to be sure we had a successful stay. The check out was easy and we are ready to come back. This property was 5 minute drive to the beach. You can't go wrong with this place.

Summer vacation

Great location! Loved that we could fish on property. Our host Kandi, was excellent! She responded to any concerns quickly. Definitely plan on staying there again. It was our first time taking our boat to saltwater, and it was the perfect spot for us.
Able to keep an eye on our boat from our balcony.

Great condo

We had an excellent time on North Padre Island. The condo was great and the host was even better. Kandi was always texting me to check to see how things were going and to see if we needed anything. She even met us at the Condo upon arrival so she could meet us. In all the years of renting from VRBO we have never had a host who was this attentive to our needs. She really cared that we would have a great vacation. She even gave us ideas on what to do and which beaches to go to. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and very nice size for our family of 5. It's on 3rd floor but the elevator was close and easy to manage. We enjoyed the balcony and looking out on the canal. We would definitely be back!

Wonderful place for a beach getaway!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and eating their breakfast on the balcony. The drive to the beach was easy and very quick. Will definitely book again!

Relaxing and cozy!

I had the most relaxing stay! The canal view is amazing and we even saw a dolphin swimming around. I really enjoyed the swimming pool and proximity to the beach. Kandi is amazing and I’d definitely recommend this place!

Kandi was gracious in our spontaneous fishing trip at the Gulf. We loved the place. The place was spacious and the whole family was very comfortable. We hope that we can come back again to share more memories.

Great Beach Vacation!

The property was as described, we have a son in a wheelchair and needed a place to accommodate him. We used the elevator to get to the condo, went fishing on the pier that’s attached to the property, and drive less than a mile to the beach. We would definitely stay again- Kandi was a great host!

Blessed Beach Time Together

We spent a week with our daughter who is stationed at the Naval Air Station a few miles down the road. We brought her 2 best friends and enjoyed many trips to the beach, shopping, and eating out.

Awesome Time

Had a great time. Kandi and her husband assisted us with fishing options. Caught a bunch of smaller stuff off the docks. Even a baby stingray. Had a great time, when we come back we know where to stay.

On top of things!!

The condo was amazing other than the dryer which we were informed ahead of time! She let me contact her with anything and everything!! The elevator wasn’t working half the time but the owner did everything she could to get it fixed! She was amazing and we plan to stay again!!

Best experience from day one. Absolutely no issues. Condo was very clean, had anything you needed. We drove over 10 hours and would do it again to stay here!! Host super nice, even text to check in on us just to make sure everything was okay. Highly recommend
