Stacked, wrap-around porches, plus a balcony atop the garage, offer plenty of outdoor space for entertaining. A gas grill facilitates cookout fun, and during downtime are gone you can relax and gaze across the lake at charming beach home on its shores.

SLEEPING QUARTERS:
A stately, four-poster bed with mahogany finish and crisp white linens showcases Bermuda island style in the primary bedroom, located on the first level. French doors open to porch, while transom windows contribute to the to the already light-filled space. An en suite bath offers an incredible walk-in shower decorated floor-to-ceiling in bright blue tiles.

Another first-floor bedroom with a queen bed also has porch access. With a matelasse coverlet and shutters, this guest room offers a lovely retreat with its own bathroom.

Finally, the darling bunk has all-white linens with colorful accents and a kid-friendly, connected bathroom.

GREAT FEATURES: The yard is enclosed by a white picket fence, and the grassy backyard overlooks Lake Colby. You can rent fishing poles in the Vacation Rentals office and cast a line from the charming fishing pier! A utility closet with full washer and dryer keeps everyone’s things fresh and clean.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
