Perfect for families or groups, this unit is most comfortable for up to eight people. It features bunk beds suitable for both kids and adults, with a full-size bed on the bottom bunk and a twin on top. The master bedroom and second bedroom boast brand-new, comfortable queen beds, while the living room couch transforms into a memory foam queen bed. Every room comes equipped with a smart TV, and the living room boasts a 65-inch TV and a 5.1 surround sound system for catching the big game or binge-watching your favorite shows.

What you can expect in the condo:
Wi-Fi & Cable
Kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
Condo is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied. Please bring Beach Towels.
A start up supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets and 1 small bottle of dish soap will be provided. If more supplies are needed, please visit the front desk.

This condo comes with a covered parking space. Spaces are reserved, please park in the assigned spot, and if you bring an additional vehicle, it will need to be parked in the guest parking at the front of the complex.
