The second downstairs sleeping area has a queen with a full bath steps away. There are 2 sleeper sofas in the living room. One is a full size and one is a twin for a little one. The kitchen which is equipped with modern appliances and electronics. There is a stack-able washer and dryer in the unit. - This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $100, per pet, per 30 days. A maximum of 3 small pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $100 for stays of 30 days or more days.
