.5 star. Checked in 10pm and employee "L" kept my drivers license by mistake. Followed up the next two days and then realized it was not even mentioned that a guest's personal information was lost due to employee negligence. Surveillance shows she placed my license on the check in desk and proceeded to leave the lobby and license on display at the front desk. Rm#1: I walked in and noticed the amount of mold in the entire room. Absolutely a health concern for everyone in the building. A 5 gallon bucket was under the sink due to a leak and also grew mold. Inspecting more, pubic hairs and used towels were reshelved and obviously not washed.
Returned to front desk to request clean room and report concerns when "L" notified me that she kept my ID and then realized it was no longer in her possession and lost. Long story short, I requested a refund after approximately 5 walk throughs and would have gladly left to find a room elsewhere but refund was denied by manager "S" and employee "L". Every single room shown had mold and unsanitary conditions. "L" neglected to keep my personal information safe and while she was out of the building for whatever reason, an individual walked in and proceeded to steal my drivers license from the front desk since it was left in plain sight.
This hotel needs to be shut down, demolished, rebuilt, and then managed properly. Employed individuals agree on record of the tremendous decline of the property.
