Overlooking the newly redesigned Palmilla Beach golf course, this brand-new townhome promises a picture-perfect Gulf getaway.

Make yourself at home in the inviting living area, featuring high ceilings, a sleeper sofa, and a 50” smart TV. Indulge your inner chef in the gourmet kitchen, configured with ample counter space and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Sample appetizers at the kitchen bar for four, then enjoy a home-cooked meal at the table for four.

Comfort awaits in the tranquil primary suite, appointed with a cloud-like king bed and a 32” smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, a walk-in closet, a water closet, and a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and a 32” smart TV, while the fourth bedroom is a cozy bonus room with a built-in twin-over-twin bunk bed and direct deck access. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a separate double vanity. A half bath provides added convenience.

As part of the stunning Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf community, enjoy sun-soaked days at the expansive on-site pool, groomed beaches, restaurants, and 9-hole golf course. The community also offers a brand-new fitness center and another resort-style pool with a swim-up bar.

Your wristbands provide access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

The newly redesigned Palmilla Beach golf course winds its way throughout the resort community. Carved from untamed dunes along the Gulf, this 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play with ocean breezes, inspired greens, and lush fairways lined with native grasses. And with a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game.

Perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, remote-controlled ceiling fans, and a washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
