Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: Enter from a shady front porch into a main living space, where living room, dining area and a gorgeous kitchen bring everyone together. A cozy seating group in the living room faces a wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. Seat six at the dining table with upholstered chairs and bench seating. Bar-height stools at the spacious kitchen island accommodate six more. Florentine-style tiles create the stylish backsplash for the all-white kitchen, which offers a gas stove with air fryer, a pot filler, a wine fridge and separate ice maker.

The second-floor living room, with sofa and club chairs, offers another spot to watch TV, along with a wet bar and second wine fridge.

Back balconies overlook the next-door community lake, while front balconies look down the street toward the Gulf. All the outdoor spaces have gracious outdoor seating for lounging.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Choose from three king bedrooms plus bunk room—all with their own private bathrooms.

The first-floor primary bedroom in slate grays and white feels luxe, with a spacious bathroom that has exquisite tilework, a tub and a walk-in shower. The easy-to-access suite has lake views and opens to lakeside patio.

On the 2nd-floor, another king suite with back balcony access also opens to the secondary living room. The third king bedroom opens to the front balcony and offers a bathroom with walk-in shower. The bunk room offers two sets of twin bunks with trundles beneath.

GREAT FEATURES: The third-floor balcony has a designated space for outdoor yoga. An in-home laundry room makes it easy to manage the load during vacation. A lakeside gas grill for patio cookouts. And in addition to the ramp, an extra-wide doorway gives this home great accessibility for all.
