Located on the top 3rd floor(stair and elevator accessible), the balcony makes for the perfect viewing spotting dolphins, pelicans, seagulls, kite surfers and of course people watching or just open the sliding door and let the sound of the ocean waves mesmerize you into relaxation. The condo is an end-cap condo with unobstructed views and a walking/bicycle boardwalk 2.5 miles long. The single bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combo, towels and hair dryer for convenience. Short term or longer term leases considered. Comes with WiFi and Smart TV. The condo complex includes two pools(we prefer the pool in building 3)and BBQ pits. Whether you’re relaxing after a day of exploring or planning your next adventure, this brilliant condo offers a peaceful retreat. We hope you’ll enjoy your stay at our condo. There are pool/beach toys etc in the front closet for your use. We ask that you rinse them off at the foot washing shower inside the gate after using.
***The condo complex itself has areas being worked on that aren't necessarily "pretty", but there are no loud noisy projects. Trust me, you won't be disappointed in our unit!!
***There is a small $35 additional fee that is collected at the front desk for a secured parking area that allows us to keep locals out of the complex.
