With easy proximity to Rockport Beach, dining, and marinas, it's the perfect coastal escape for boating, fishing, and making memories. The main floor includes an open concept kitchen, dining, and family room with channel views. Sleeping arrangements on this floor include three bedrooms: (1) primary suite with a king bed, (2) guest room with twin beds, and (3) guest room with queen bed, The two guest rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The family room sofa pulls out to a full size bed. An additional king bedroom suite is located downstairs, off the pool bar and patio.
