AMENITIES: At ‘South,’ resort-style pools include adults-only Cabana Pool with infinity edge, hammocks, and views of South Town Lake; the Splish Splash Family Pool with splash pad; intimate Neighborly Square Pool; and Glow Pool & Fitness Center. Convenient Coastline Grill within the Family Pool offers casual poolside drinks and a family-friendly menu. Parks beckon with green space and playscapes, while multiple lakes are dotted with piers and fishing pavilions. Visit the new Seascape Sport Courts for pickle ball and basket ball. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: more pools, lakes, yard games, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: The upstairs main living area is open and welcoming, designed to bring everyone together. Comfortable couches and accent chairs create a relaxed space for gathering, while direct balcony access allows coastal breezes and natural light to fill the room. Sonos audio and smart televisions enhance the entertainment experience whether you are watching a movie or enjoying music during a family dinner.

The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living and dining areas, making it easy to prepare meals while staying connected with the group. The island offers seating for three, while the dining table seats eight comfortably for shared meals and game nights.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Gulf Giggles features four bedrooms, including three king bedrooms and a room with twin beds that is ideal for kids or teens. Three of the bedrooms offer private ensuite bathrooms, providing added comfort and privacy for families traveling together.

Several of the downstairs bedrooms also enjoy direct porch or balcony access, giving guests a quiet place to step outside and enjoy the fresh coastal air. Smart TVs in every bedroom ensure everyone has their own space to unwind at the end of the day.

When bringing a pet, please ensure it does not bother other guests with excessive noise, barking, etc. Guests are responsible to keep pets on a leash and pick up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.
