This newly-renovated 2-story villa is a must book and right off of 11th street where everything is a short cruise away!



The coastal chic interior provides great ambience so you and your family get the most out of your beach getaway. And when you're not at the beach or shopping downtown, come hang out at the pool, BBQ under the gazebo, or simply enjoy your own private back patio! Or simply relax in your comfy king bed with your own personal smart TV.

The Space:

Because you've probably been scrolling for a while, let's save you some time and give you the highlight reel:



Master Bed/Bath (Downstairs) - soft king size bed w/ master bath and blackout shades so everyone can sleep like a champ! And, in case you can't sleep, turn on the smart TV -- we will even provide you our netflix password!



Guest Room 1 & 2 (upstairs) - soft king size bed, smart TVs, and blackout shades (everyone is sleeping well). 1 room has twin bunks if you need them. Shared bathroom.



Kitchen & Dining - loaded up, just add food and drinks!



Private Patio - turn on the party lights, kick up your feet, and enjoy!



Community Pool, BBQ Pit, & Gazebo - Send the kids to the pool while you BBQ by the gazebo (fan-enabled to help with the Texas heat)! Our pool is heated and ready for our winter Texan guests!

The Neighborhood:

We are on 11th street -- in our humble opinion, it is pretty much the most accessible location in Port A. If you want to hop around downtown, go shopping, head to dinner, or cruise to the beach, this is where you want to be! All of that is a quick cruise from your Villa. So, just throw on your flip-flops and sunscreen, and hit the road!
