This beautifully renovated, 3rd floor condo offers breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico, Lake Padre, and a private fishing pond to take advantage of during your stay. This coastal chic condo sleeps up to four Guests. Make new memories with friends & family on your private balcony, peering over the dunes to the ocean and watching the sun go down. Lounge inside with the door open, listen to the waves crash and feel the sea breeze on your face. CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.
