Dog friendly property: Maximum of two dogs – 50lbs or less
Dog breeds not permitted at El Constante due to HOA guidelines: Pit Bull-type, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Wolf-dog hybrid, or Husky-type (including Siberian).
Pet fees: $100 per pet + $50 cleaning (7 days or less), $200 + $75 (8–29 days), $300 + $100 (30+ days).
For long-term stays, mail may be forwarded to the property address and retrieved from the front office during the guest’s stay.
