The hosts pampered us with so many special touches. They left us pancake mix and syrup for a special breakfast, lots of snacks, and even treats for our dog. Kitchen and bathrooms well-supplied and the condo was super clean. We definitely recommend this place and we thank the hosts for making us feel so welcomed.

A very nicely updated condo. It has a well stocked kitchen and ample supplies throughout. This is a smaller complex so there was never a crowd in the pool. Port Aransas is very close for restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful, chill stay

Came to celebrate my gramma 85th birthday, and it was lovely! Very well stocked kitchen made dinners on the gorgeous patio easy! Highly recommend!

Rental had everything we needed for indoor use and also for the beach. Property is well maintained and owners available for any problem that may arise.

Excellent in all ways!

Our stay could not have been better! Gary and Sandra thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible! From the moment we walked in we felt relaxed. Lovely decorations, a welcome note with snacks and fixings for pancakes, a beach/pool cart with an umbrella, chairs, and towels, and an immaculate vacation place all around. The view was beautiful and we loved having our coffee out on the deck. We look forward to returning in the near future for a longer stay!

Nice weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Gary and Sandra’s condo. They kept us well informed throughout our entire stay. They provided extra little touches like snacks and essentials that we may have needed. It felt very personal. The condo was clean and they thought of everything that we may have needed!

Port Aransas 2023

Gary & Sandra were super great with communicating with us and anything that we needed. Their condo was super clean and filled with all of those extra necessities that we tend to forget when traveling. They even left a beach cart filled with chairs, towels, and toys for us to borrow while at the beach. I cannot say enough good things about this property. We loved our stay!

We had a great time, the kitchen and everything else was super equipped! There was no need to buy household items and there were even pancake mix and dog biscuits in the welcome package! 😊

Perfect hidden gem

Never judge a book by its cover. Upon arrival you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the decor and cozy atmosphere of this beach front condo. Additionally, Gary was an excellent host. He provided all the amenities you’ll need to enjoy your stay and he was very prompt with his response. I promise to stay again!

Plenty of room in this 2/2 condo!

The condo was very clean and offers access to the balcony from both bedrooms as well as the living room. There was plenty of room for 2 couples. The balcony overlooks the pool with views of the marsh as well as an uninterrupted view of the ocean (1/4 mile away.) The host, Gary, was responsive and accessible.

Beautiful and Relaxing

My wife and dogs had such a relaxing, quite and fun time. The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. For us this condo had everything you need to live like at home. There is a nice short walk thru and over the dunes and then the beach. We loved the property was pet friendly. I highly recommend this property to all our family and friends. The owners were great dealing with. We had no issues but they were very warm and friendly when setting up our stay. We will be back.

We loved the condo. It worked for what we needed. We did have an issue with the door lock but we were able to get a key to lock the door. Gary was putting a new lock in after we left. Also the Keurig stopped working after 3 cups. Gary was replacing that too. All issues were addressed and we were happy with our stay. Only thing I would add is the walk to the beach with the beach cart is not convenient. It is. Stone drive that has holes filled with larger rocks then when you get to the wooden walk way you have stairs to carry it up and a long path to walk. I am not leaving this as a complaint but information for someone that might not be able to make the walk and the extra stairs. You can drive back to the wooden walk way. It just doesn’t have much parking at the end. Someone with small children might have their hands full getting to the beach. We really have no complaints and we would recommend.

Great but ...

First, let me say that the hosts went above and beyond to provide all amenities one might need in the condo. Forgot your beach chairs? No problem - they are there in the handy beach cart, along with towels and a beach umbrella. The kitchen was completely and thoroughly stocked and every utensil's home even labeled! The dishes were also a cut above your average beach condo provisions - we appreciated the Le Crueset coffee mugs and nice wine glasses. Each room having its own door out to the large deck was a plus too. Our only disappointments? Primarily in the description provided, or not provided, in the condo listing. While it is technically on the second floor, it is three floors up since the ground floor is not actually the first floor. And it is a LOT of steps with beach gear - actually 6 flights. Had we brought our dogs, it would have been way too many to carry them up and down (they are small dogs). Additionally, the description says it is "Beachfront," which in my mind means on the beach or very very near - not a 15-minute boardwalk haul, and we were sad to find there is no golf cart access to the beach. We ended up buying a beach pass and driving there every day. Regardless, I still give the condo 5 stars thanks to the lovely decor and thoughtful amenities, as well as the excellent communication from our host. I would, however recommend that the things I addressed above be made clear in the listing to avoid any future guest disappointment.

Great condo for a family

Very clean and organized. Bedrooms were spacious and everything was there that we needed. Pool and grounds were clean as well. Would recommend a stay a #203 ! It is a slight walk to the beach. If you have little ones, or a lot of stuff, one parent can drive to the walk and drop off and then walk back to meet up. A group with grown kids should have no problem.
