The heart of the home is an expansive open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space designed for connection and celebration. Neutral palettes, and warm coastal modern textures create an inviting atmosphere, while floor-to-ceiling front windows frame sweeping, unobstructed ocean views—the defining feature of this extraordinary residence.
Built with entertaining in mind, the chef’s kitchen offers a gas range, double ovens, two refrigerators/freezers (one in the kitchen and one off the kitchen), and generous prep space—ideal for private chefs, catered events, or large-group cooking. Modern coastal finishes balance high-performance functionality with welcoming charm. The main level provides multiple gathering spaces, including a spacious living room with an 85-inch TV and ocean views, a family playroom featuring a 75-inch TV and pool table, and a large dining area designed for shared meals and lasting memories. Even with large groups, the thoughtful layout allows everyone to spread out while staying connected.
The home features 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, offering comfort, privacy, and tranquility for groups of all sizes. Several bedrooms boast stunning Gulf views, and all are styled with soft coastal hues, classic furnishings, and timeless textures. Two separate staircases lead to four upstairs bedrooms, each equipped with its own television. The upper level also includes a front-facing balcony—perfect for sunrise coffee, evening stargazing, or falling asleep to the sound of the waves.
For extended stays and larger groups, the home includes exceptional laundry capacity with two washers and two dryers, ensuring convenience throughout your visit.
Outdoors, the property continues its modern coastal elegance with a private pool surrounded by ample seating and clean, classic lines. The oversized front driveway can accommodate eight or more vehicles, including full-size buses—an unmatched feature for events and group travel. Whether hosting a barbecue, enjoying morning yoga, sunbathing, or unwinding after a beach day, the outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and connection.

1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside or around the home. Any evidence of smoking (odor, ash, etc.) will result in an automatic $500 damage charge. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside the home. Smoking marijuana in or around the home will incur a $500 fee, and details about the reservation may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors.
3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard.
4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home.
5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
6. POOL: Guests must adhere to all posted rules regarding the safe use of amenities such as the pool, or dock. By booking this property, guests waive any liability claims against the homeowner or any affiliated property management entity related to the use of these amenities, including loss, damage, injury, or death.
Please note that all pools and hot tubs are serviced daily to ensure appropriate chemical balance and to keep the water clean and clear. Our service team will perform maintenance between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. They will not announce themselves but will discreetly access the backyard gate to complete their service. While guests cannot forgo this daily maintenance, you may request a preferred time for service or specify times you would like the service team to avoid.
7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs.
8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION
The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process.
9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay.
10. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor.

This property is one of a kind the accommodations are immaculate and the amenities age top shelf! Our family will absolutely be looking to book this property again I’ve never seen anything like it and it’s in walking distance to the ocean.

This was an amazing place to stay. We took our kids and grandkids and we had a great time. The beach was very close and it was great to come back and unwind. Everything was absolutely perfect. Can’t thank the host enough for an awesome place to stay. We really needed the break and this was the best spot. Highly recommend this host and location
