Above and Beyond is a brand-new stilted beach house situated in the Third Coast Landing neighborhood of Port Aransas, adorned with coastal décor carried throughout. The carport and driveway provide ample parking for four vehicles and /or watercraft. This home is conveniently located 0.6 miles to the beach and 0.2 miles to shops, restaurants, nightlife, and 2.7 miles to Palmilla Golf Course.
The ground level offers an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand from a day at the beach, multiple shaded tables and chairs under the carport to cool off in the ocean breeze, and a patio area for cooking up the day's catch on the grill or warming up beside the chiminea.
Take in the morning sunrises with your morning coffee in hand from the second-level balcony. The inviting and open concept allows for gathering family and friends and never missing out on the conversations. Congregate in the living room on the couch, which folds out to a sleeper sofa, or matching armchairs to watch a movie.
