☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

This gorgeous home boasts 6 spacious bedrooms, spread across three floors of the house, so everyone can enjoy a little alone time. Four of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms as well as a large flat-screen TV to stream your favorite shows using the high-speed free Wi-Fi.

The first bedroom is situated on the first floor. It features a king bed along with a twin/twin daybed and a full bathroom. There is also a TV in this room, so you can kick back and relax while your kids take a break from the beach and watch some TV.

A second bedroom with a king-sized bed, full bathroom and a flat-screen smart TV can also be found on the first floor.

The primary bedroom is located on the second floor and includes a sumptuous king-sized bed, smart TV and en suite bathroom. This luxurious bedroom benefits from its own private balcony, where you can take in the morning sea air whilst lingering over a fresh cup of coffee.

The remaining three bedrooms are on the third floor. In the first room you’ll find another king-sized bedroom and flat-screen TV. The second room features TWO twin over twin bunk beds. These two rooms share a full bath. The third room is NEWLY ADD suite featuring a king bed, full bath, and balcony with Ocean Views and stairs heading down to the patio on the second floor.

There’s plenty of sleeping space for large groups and families, with up to 14 people accommodated with ease.

Five full bathrooms are available for you to enjoy throughout your stay, so your entire group can unwind after a busy day exploring Port Aransas’ sights. The second-floor master bedroom has access to a very large bathroom with a stylish double vanity and modern walk-in shower and rainfall head.

The other four full baths feature either a walk-in shower or a lovely bathtub and shower unit, so you can freshen up with a steamy shower or a relaxing soak in the tub, as you prefer. The third-floor bathroom attached to the king-sized bedroom also comes fitted with a stylish double vanity.

An additional half bathroom with a toilet is also available for your convenience. All bathrooms come with free toiletries.

The soul-soothing open floor living space with island style interior and wood floors is bathed in natural light throughout the day and has more than enough space for large groups to flow through comfortably.

Gather on the huge sectional couch in front of the cozy fireplace at the end of the day to catch-up with your loved ones and spend some quality time together. The large HDTV is ideal for enjoying a family movie night, whilst the carefully decorated space is great for hosting a game night.

Traveling with kids? This home has a crib, Pack n’ Play travel crib, books, toys and dinnerware for tiny tots.

The full kitchen has been custom designed to ensure you have everything you need to whip up your favorite foods as easily as you would at home. Stainless steel appliances, including a huge double door refrigerator and freezer, and a wide range of utensils and kitchen gadgets like a Mr. Coffee coffee maker, are ready and waiting for you to cook some delicious meals. The large breakfast island that seats 3 is a great spot for food prep, chatting to the chef as well as enjoying a quick bite to eat.

If you’re looking for a more formal dining space, you’ll be delighted by the large 8-person dining table. Positioned next to the window for plenty of light and a peaceful view, it’s a wonderful spot for entertaining. Of course, when you’re on vacation, there’s nothing better than al-fresco dining and you’ll love how easy it is to step out onto the large patio with your meal in hand.

Also, to keep with the theme of making your stay as convenient as possible, all those dirty clothes can go into the washer and dryer available on-site.

Downstairs you’ll find two carports, where you can conveniently store any trailers, you may have in tow. There’s plenty of room on the driveway for several cars, as well as additional free parking within the complex.

Throughout your stay, you can enjoy easy access to the shared community pool across the street available between 9am and 11pm. This lovely landscaped outdoor pool and hot tub is just a short walk away from your vacation home and is open all year round, so you can enjoy a refreshing dip whenever you wish.
