LAYOUT

Upstairs, you'll discover three coastal bedrooms that can easily house up to 10 guests. With a king bed, a queen bed, and a delightful bunk room perfect for a restful sleep or a cozy movie night, the sleeping arrangements promise comfort and fun. And don't forget the main floor bedroom with a queen bed that's perfect for 2 guests!

• Sand toys, beach chairs, and coolers are for your use. If you use it, please clean and return so others can enjoy. Keep in mind that some guests do leave items, so we are unaware of items that might not be 100% functional and/or broken. If you happen to leave an item, we ask that it not be broken, as other guests might mistake that for something we provided.

Other Things to Note:

• We're excited to offer our guests a golf cart as an extra perk because, let's face it, it's super convenient and a whole lot of fun! Renting a cart can be pricey and time consuming, especially during peak season when it can cost up to $200 per night. We kindly ask that you treat the golf cart with care and respect and follow all rules outline in our golf cart agreement. If any issues arise, please let us know right away. We're diligent about maintenance and perform tune-ups more frequently so we can continue to provide a top-notch amenity for everyone to enjoy.



• We are contracted with a pest control company for scheduled treatments. We cannot guarantee that you might not have an insect in or around the house. We are a coastal property and more importantly, a home, and sometimes no matter what we do there might be an unwelcome guest. The presence of any such inspect or non functioning item does not entitle a guest a refund. We try our best to make sure everything is in working order, and as clean as possible! In the rare case that our golf cart needs servicing and won't be available during your stay, we'll inform you as soon as possible and will do our best to work with a local vendor to secure a comparable rental for you.



• If a pet is brought without prior notice or payment, a $500 fee may apply, and this could lead to eviction. So, please make sure to select the pet fee option when booking if you're bringing your pet along. There is a $50 per pet fee and must be small to medium sized, 2 pets max.



• For golf cart access, government issued photo identification will be required for anyone operating the golf cart including a rental agreement. The minimum age to drive is 21 years. In addition, a credit card or debit card will be required for incidental charges. Port Aransas has strict rules on which roads can be used with golf carts. Driver assumes all responsibility of penalties if not followed. We will provide you with those city rules prior to your stay.



• Please keep the garage door closed at all times when not in use. This helps ensure everyone's safety and security. Note that we are not responsible for any personal items left in the garage or on the property. Additionally, if any of our items are stolen due to the garage being left open, guests may be held responsible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!



• Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed.
