The HOA for Bay Tree Complex is renovating the community pool, which will be closed throughout April. The pool is expected to reopen in May 2026, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Tastefully decorated Port Aransas condo, has 2 balconies and front stoop with seating to watch the ships pass by over looking the swimming pool, boat slips and private fishing pier. This condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access. Tile floors, stainless appliances, comfy sofa sleeper in the living area. One full restroom on each floor. All bedrooms on 3rd floor. Interior connected by spiral staircase. Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and night life. Sorry, no pets allowed as of 6/13/24. Parking for 2 vehicles. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking

• Kitchen is well equipped with all your cooking needs. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, microwave and large appliances. Note: For safety reasons spices or seasoning NOT provided.
• Property is supplied with 1 set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap will be provided. We also supply a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, and bath soap. Guest is responsible for any additional needs.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you need more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear.
