Disappointing - Poor property management and pics oversold the place
We were so disappointed in our stay we checked out a day early. Upon arrival, we called the phone number on the email notification to gain access to the property. The property manager didn't understand why we were calling. We had to reach out to the property manager again to gain access to the wifi because it was incorrect in the check-in instructions. While getting settled into the rental, we noticed that the master bed was crooked. We looked under the bed and noticed the bedframe was broken. We also noted that the shower doors in BOTH bathrooms were broken and not on track. We again contacted the property manager who said they would send out maintenance. We slept in a secondary room because the bed did not appear safe. Maintenance arrived the next day and said they could fix the bed. They indicated they would report it to the property manager and be back later in the day to fix it. They never came back and we never heard from the property manager. We reached out at the end of the day and they informed us that the bed would not be fixed. We then requested a refund because we were paying for a room that could not be used. We also informed the property manager that we would be checking out early because of the condition of the property. We then started noting other problems with the property, which are included in the pics. Broken window blinds, rusted A/C return grates, flooring that was coming up waiting to slice someone's foot, broken game pieces, etc.
