ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A 2 night minimum stay is required.
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- Pet policy: Up to two three are permitted.
- Pet Fees: For stays of 1–29 days, the pet fee is $100 per pet plus a $25 cleaning fee, and for stays of 30+ days, the pet fee is $200 per pet plus a $100 cleaning fee.
