ONE LEVEL:
The living area is elegant and contemporary with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well-stocked and modern to facilitate meal preparation or simply enjoy ordering delivery from a local eatery instead! The kitchen bar counter can seat 3 and the dining table seats 6. A sitting area is next to the dining area. There access to the outside decks through sliding doors and an opportunity to relax on the deck furniture. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

The bedrooms include a King Master Suite with a shower and separate tub in its master bath; this bedroom has deck access too. The Queen Master Suite has a shower/tub combo in its master bath and the bedroom with 2 Double beds can use the hall bathroom (shower/tub combo). All the bedrooms have flat-screen TVs.

The elevator is located nearby to provide easy accessibility for guests while the limited number of units in these villas maintains a quiet sense of privacy. Adjacent to this building are tennis/pickleball courts, park-style grills and the Windswept Ridge Community Pool.
