Harbor View is a spacious 3-story , 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom getaway in Corolla, offering 2,368 sqft of comfort & charm. With a private fenced pool, hot tub, fire pit, & BBQ, it’s the perfect spot for families or groups to unwind. Inside, enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, smart TVs, cozy fireplace & fun games for all ages. Kid-friendly amenities make traveling with little ones a breeze. Just minutes from the beach, this beautifully upgraded home blends laid-back luxury with the best of the Outer Banks

☆ Outdoor Living at Its Best
Spend your days soaking up the sun in your private, fenced 10'x21' saltwater pool (3–5 ft deep), then unwind in the hot tub or lounge poolside with a cold drink in hand. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, fire up the BBQ for a delicious dinner, and gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars.
*Please note: The pool is open seasonally from April 1st to November 1st and is not heated. The hot tub is available year-round at no additional charge.

Inside, Harbor View spans three levels with room for everyone to relax. The main living room features a 55” smart TV, fireplace, and comfy seating. ☆ Family-Friendly: As parents of young children, we understand the challenges of traveling with little ones. That's why we've made our home as family-friendly as possible. We provide a Pack 'n Play with crib sheets, and there’s ample space in any bedroom for set up. We’ve also stocked kid-friendly cups, bowls, plates, and utensils, along with books, games, and puzzles for fun family time together!

☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome pets for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay. Please note that a pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints. Max 2 dogs
*Additional pet fees (plus tax) will be processed through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. Kindly let us know if you’ll be traveling with a pet. Thank you for your cooperation!

☆ Hot Tub: The use of the hot tub is included in your nightly rate, there is no additional charge. Our team will turn the hot tub on prior to your arrival.

☆ Pests: Corolla is home to midges, tiny bugs that are common in the area during certain seasons. While they are harmless and don’t bite at all, they come in numbers, so we recommend keeping doors closed as much as possible to minimize their presence indoors. Keeping the lights off at night is also a tremendous help. We also treat the area regularly to manage their numbers, but be aware they can still affect outdoor spaces. Bug spray but it is a great idea for enjoying the deck and pool areas. Snakes are also common in Corolla at times from the Marsh. If you notice one on property, please contact us and we'll have animal control come remove them.

House Rules
• Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max dogs 2
• Only park in designated areas: car port, driveway, street parking is not permitted. Max 4 vehicles allowed. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways.
• Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa.
• BBQ, firepit and fireplace must be operated by responsible adults only.
• No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
• Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
• Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
• Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.

Great beach vacation

We had a great stay at Harbor View! The house was perfect and fit the listing as described. It's in a nice location with an easy walk to the beach. Elissa was a fantastic host! We would absolutely recommend!
