While walking times are listed for hershey world and hershey park, you can't actually walk to them. The drive is about 10 minutes. You could walk to zoo America. Check in was easy and the host accommodated our earlier than expected arrival. Only improvement I can recommend would be a new mattress or add a supportive mattress topper in the adult bedroom. "My husband and I had a great time staying in Tiny. The hosts were communicative and friendly and this being our first tiny home experience it was really unique and interesting. It was a little hard to find as the city of Lancaster has many one-way streets. It is definitely small. I don't think more than two people could stay in it comfortably. The efficiency of the place was really cool! "

"Such a cozy cabin. The area is so peaceful, it was great to spend the morning sitting in the window watching the forest and nearby creek. The lighting makes everything feel warm and cozy too.
