"Is a lovely hotel with a great atmosphere. It is located in a beautiful area and only a few minutes walk from Bostcastle centre. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bar is cosy. The restaurant is lovely and the food (although not much choice) is delicious. The sheets, bedding and overall conditions of the rooms are clean and comfortable. Sadly the fuses in our room "blew", so we had to move to an alternative room, which was extremely small, and not what we wanted, or had paid for. The...

"We stayed in room 210 and we were disappointed with the bathroom facilities which was a portacabin block stuck in the room and was TINY. It ruined out stay to be honest because we booked 3 nights for a wedding in the area and wanted a nice place to get ready for the wedding and a mini break. It was a struggle to sit on the toilet as the door is literally in your face. No working extractor fan. This room is in serious need of attention because this isnt acceptable for over £120 a night. "We enjoyed a wonderful stay in the 'Nauti' Shepherd's hut. It was so cosy, warm, clean and immaculately presented. The bed was super comfortable and everything we could have needed was provided. "The owner was just fantastic, so attentive to our needs and the secret way to locate the property, (if you know, you know, it is a genius), the first people and or persons we were introduced to were three stunning horses. (Two of our favourite royals after Kate of course, & My Wife' nickname), we loved the alpacas, the rabbits, the dogs and it was just so picturesque and beautiful. Our whole holiday was just perfect we didn't want to leave. We would love to see the owner again and love that part...

"Room was good and very clean had a issue with the window that wouldn't close correctly so had some road noise. Staff were bringing and couldn't do enough for you and made you feel very welcome food was brilliant and well cooked "

"Lovely little hotel with great staff and rooms. We were lucky enough to stay in the Lostwithiel room beautifully comfortable bed with a bathroom that was huge. The breakfast was amazing with the hospitality second to none. All in all we had a great stay and will return when next visiting Bodmin."
