Pets are not allowed on furniture and may not be left home alone unless crated. • Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted. • No third-party bookings. The reservation must be booked under the staying guest’s own account. • No parties or events are allowed. • Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, candles, incense, sage, or any open flames are not permitted inside. • Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening and overnight hours. • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. *Thank you in advance for your understanding and compliance with the rules.*
1. Guests acknowledge and agree to observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and to keep noise levels to a minimum during this time out of respect for neighbors.
2. No parties or events allowed.
3. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.
4. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.
5. There cannot be more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any time. Violation may result in immediate removal of all guests without refund. Unauthorized guests exceeding the maximum occupancy will be charged $50 per night, per extra guest.
6. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a late check-out fee equal to 10% of the base price. This fee helps cover housekeeping costs when the agreed-upon check-out time is not observed.
7. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement.
8. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place around the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit or through the resolutions center.
9. This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
• Please note that a $50 per pet per stay pet fee will be applied. • Please disclose pets at the time of booking. All pets must be added to your reservation so the applicable pet fee can be applied. • We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy. • No more than TWO (2) animals, no larger than 50 pounds. • Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets. • Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated.
10. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.
11. Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.
12. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout.
