- A beautiful 6,000 m² garden, shared and unenclosed
- A 12 m² terrace on the ground floor, covered by the chalet
- A second 20 m² terrace in front of the chalet, facing south-east with lovely views over the valley

The house is ideally located in Cornimont, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

- Bedrooms 2 and 3 are separated by a floor-to-ceiling blackout curtain.

- A 4.5m² garden shed is available for storing ski equipment, bicycles, etc.
