Welcome to Casa Martins, your perfect getaway home in stunning Salamander Bay. Offering absolute waterfront views, this holiday home is strategically positioned on Foreshore Drive, providing direct access to the sandy beach just a few feet away.

Casa Martins can accommodate up to eight guests comfortably with its three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a Queen Size bed with picture perfect views of the beach. Bedroom 2 also has a Queen Size bed and bedroom 3 offers a Tri Bunk and a Single bed. The home has a 3-way bathroom with two separate showers and toilets with a separate vanity area.

Inside this gorgeous home, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities, such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a family sized refrigerator. The property also includes a laundry room complete with a washing machine and dryer for added convenience during your stay.

Boasting an open plan living area, Casa Martins encourages alfresco dining experiences while the sun sets over the bay. A gas BBQ stored in the garage area and outdoor furniture allow you to soak up the view as you enjoy your meal.

The living room, equipped with a television and a DVD player, provides all the comfort for a cosy family movie night. Reverse cycle and split system air conditioning maintain a comfortable temperature throughout your stay, irrespective of the weather.

This excellent location is a 4-minute drive from the shopping centre, ensuring necessities and luxuries are never far away. With a two-car parking space, room for a jet-ski and a fenced in yard this holiday home is perfect for all.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Nothing can beat sunset drinks at waters edge. This property is located in the perfect spot to sit by the water and enjoy the seasons. Great space, fabulous natural environment to enjoy. Best way to spend a weekend with kids.

It’s very expensive for the quality of the premises. I liked the beach but not the property....fridge was old and want closing and therefore cooling properly. The bathrooms were really old and not well designed ....water splashing everywhere and required a lot of cleaning for a group that’s meant to be on holidays. I definitely would never rent this property again for the price we paid didn’t feel like we got the value.
