"Location was excellent for us but this is overpriced for what it is, basic. Some gardening and sweeping out the front would provide a better welcome. Entry via a garage roller door is novel but functional, then we were met with the BBQ area with a multitude of chairs and a very dusty table. "House is MASSIVE and perfect for families with teenagers. Downstairs has 2 double bedrooms, laundry and teens tv lounge. "• Arrived to find two home construction sites nearly next to us. The noise started from early morning to late afternoon. It was so bad we couldn’t hear the water lapping or birds and couldn’t hold a conversation or hear the TV and covered us in cement dust if we sat outside It destroyed the very reason we were there. The windows had cobwebs and bird droppings which I had to clean off in order to see outside.When I pulled back the bedding on my last day, the mattress protector had completely disintegrated, and there were tiny flakes of plastic everywhere. I don't think it had ever been changed.It made me feel awful to know I'd been sleeping on that."
