"Perfect stay! Condo was clean and well stocked. Josh was great. The updates in the condo were very nice. My only suggestion would be to include a washer/dryer in unit. We used the one on property and it was a nightmare. Only 3 washers and 3 dryers and availability was non existent."

"Everything was splendid - beach chairs, appliances, quality sheets and towels. Host very responsive and welcoming and clearly pays attention to details. This was our fifth stay at the Mariner in recent years and this was the best unit we have experienced."

"Excellent unit. Very spacious with large lanai. I wish there was a better way to incorporate the resort fee of 115 into the unit rental price. It seemed a little gouging to pay more money to use the pool and a non working hot tub. This should part of the rental price. The beach was not close. You can walk it, but not with your beach chairs, bag and umbrella. Great restaurant on propertyUnit owner was extremely responsive to emails. "The property was exactly as listed, and it exceeded expectations. There was more space than I was anticipating! I stayed with my son, and friend and his son. We had plenty of space for cooking, meals, and leisure. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was truly a game changer for us! "Unit is within a botanical garden setting with a clean, nicely heated pool and restaurant. All the amenities you’d need are close by. The unit has two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. Nice, clean and offers everything you would need. "
