  • Villa with large private pool (heated if needed in early/late season - enquire for costs), spacious and open plan giving excellent views across Kassiopi and onto Albania. A great central location within easy walking reach of the town, Harbour and beach. Great for a family holiday not requiring to drive. As we do, once there, go out as much or as little as you want, sitting down in the harbour or around the pool, either way, very relaxing. A/C throughout, bedrooms and living area.

Just back from a fabulous 2 weeks in this beautiful spacious villa set in a garden with olive trees with great outdoor space including large pool and barbecue. perfect for our group of six adults. Thanks to Tom the host in the UK and Julie the housekeeper based in Kassiopi who were both super helpful.

Very welcoming. Felt at home straight away. Great location, 5 minutes walk from town and beach, situated up a track road so very private.We are a family of six - all ladies ranging between the ages of 35 and 72. We arrange a girls getaway every year and this was the best yet!

Perfect stay at Villa Marian

Our family had the best time here at Villa Marian the location is perfect to walk to the village and beaches. The villa is spacious and very comfortable with a choice of outdoor seating and a lovely pool.

Excellent property in a lovely location

We had a lovely stay. The property is close to the town but up a small hill which lifts the view and provides a magnificent vista. Lots of space and areas to relax, a lovely pool and very well equipped. Tom was an excellent host.

What a wonderful villa ina beautiful location. It’s even better than the photos and description! I can see why previous reviewers raved about it and many return. We hope to too! The views are stunning, the villa itself really spacious and well equipped and the pool is gorgeous. We did have a car and visited some lovely family beaches 10 mins drive away but walked the 10-15 mins into Kassiopi every evening and ate in many of the lovely restaurants. The atmosphere in Kassiopi is lively but not rowdy. Tom made all the arrangements stress free.

Everything you could need at this villa, couldn’t fault it. There is a steepish walk from town but you don’t get a view without a hill!

A fabulous villa and location

Villa Marian has everything one could want - location, faultless spacious & high spec villa with easy access to the range of beautiful bays in NE Corfu. I fully recommend it to anyone who would like the privacy of a secluded location but within walking distance of the town of Kassiopi.

Oasis tucked behind olive trees

Our family of 4 enjoyed this lovely home in Corfu. After a long ride to the Villa it was a pleasure to see that restaurants, beaches and shops were within walking distance. The tranquil environment amongst the olive trees was so relaxing. Villa Marian is a very special place. Thank you Tom for providing a memorable stay.

Just perfect

Great communication from villa owner made our advance booking so reassuring. Kassioppi suited our mixed group perfectly. The Villa was close enough to allow easy walking but far enough to get privacy and amazing views. Can’t wait to go again.

A delightful stay in Kassioppi

Wonderful location, lovely house with everything you need. Pool the biggest we’ve ever had. Brilliant location to walk into town but be prepared for the final few yards that are a bit up hill! Thanks to Julie (manager) and Tom (owner) for looking after us so well. Will be back (fingers crossed)

The villa, the view and the sea.

The stunning and ever changing view was the icing on the cake for this villa. The villa itself is great with all home comforts and a well equipped kitchen. It was a joy to have sharp knives. We enjoyed every minute despite bad weather for 4 days. The proximity to town was ideal, little noise but, all amenities to hand.

Wonderful stay at Villa Marian

Beautiful location which only came up after a last minute hitch with another booking. We couldn’t be happier that it did! Very clean Villa , beautifully proportioned with a lovely pool, wonderful views and other good amenities.. Kassiopi an easy-going base for the scenic joys of the wider area. Tom was an excellent and communicative host and Julie does a great job keeping it shipshape. Would happily stay there again .. any time Tom G

Wonderful week at Villa Marian

Our family loved the week we spent at Villa Marian. It was very clean, spacious, and had everything we could possibly need. The pool was amazing with a great view. We didn't have too much need for the air con as we stayed end of Sept, so evenings and nights were cool enough, but when we did use it, it was very effective. We really appreciated the mosquito blinds on all windows and doors. The property was cleaned and linen changed during our stay, as was the pool. A really great location, we loved Kassiopi and how close the villa was to the centre. A really relaxing place to stay, we would love to come back.

Another great stay at Villa Marian

After a great time last year my husband and I took our daughter and son-in-law with us this year. Like us they fell in love with this hidden gem of a villa. Quiet and peaceful but so close to restaurants, shops and harbour. Weather was very hot so we all made good use of pool. Fantastic views and sunrise. Villa very clean and well equipped. Julie the cleaner such a lovely person. Thank you Tom for all your communication. Look forward to another visit some day.

Kassiopi Holiday

We spent 2 weeks at the villa in May 24 and cant wait to return. The villa is very impressive, really spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your stay there. The outside space and pool are fabulous, the pool is huge. Plenty of outdoor seating and.sunbeds. We mostly ate out at all the wonderful restaurants Kassiopi has to offer however the kitchen has everything you need if you plan on cooking for yourself. Its a five minite walk into the centre of town so location is ideal. The walk up to the villa is a bit up the hill but not far and not too strenuous. My husband has a hip problem and managed it fine. Views from the villa balcony are lovely, we enjoyed sitting in the morning watching the sun rise. Loved the location of the property as so close to town but away from the hustle and bustle. Roll on our next visit!

Wow! Absolutely stunning Villa in an amazing location

Similar to the last reviewer, we managed to stay here due to a problem with another booking, and we were so glad that we did! The Villa is amazing, the pictures don't do it justice. Private, well equipped and spotlessly clean with an amazing outdoor space with a fantastic pool and BBQ area with views across Kassiopi and the Ionian Sea to Albania. Wi-Fi and Netflix kept the teenagers occupied when the sun got too much! Kassiopi is only 5 mins walk away with a vast selection of tavernas, restaurants and shops. Gorgeous beaches are within walking distance and boat trips easily arranged from the harbour. We had a car, though hardly used it as everything and so much was close by. Tom was a brilliant host from the off, confirming the booking within minutes via phone (which was appreciated given the problems we had with the previous booking), and answering any queries - however simple - whilst there. We've stayed at quite a few villas as a family over the last years, and this was definitely the best overall experience! A fantastic holiday all round. Damien & Katie

Große Villa mit traumhaftem Blick über den Ort bis auf das Meer

Wir haben mit unseren 3 Kindern eine wunderbare Woche zum Ende der Saison in der Villa Marian genießen dürfen. Glücklicherweise waren die Temperaturen mit bis zu 25° C noch angenehm warm, sodass wir auch den großen Pool und den Grill ausgiebig nutzen konnten. Das großzügige Grundstück mit den zahlreichen Olivenbäumen und die Lage am Hügel mit dem Ausblick auf den Ort Kassiopi und das angrenzende Meer sowie die dahinter liegende Landschaft Albaniens sind wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes. Trotz der weiten Sicht bis zum Hafen und zum Castle ist es erstaunlich, wie schnell man diese zu Fuß erreicht, wenn man erstmal den Hügel hinab gestiegen ist. Genauso die vielen Supermärkte, Restaurants, Eisdielen, Geschäfte und Strände. Wir hatten zwar ein Auto gemietet, haben dieses aber nur an einem einzigen Regentag für einen Ausflug an die Westküste genutzt. Wenn man einfach nur Ausspannen will, ist eigentlich alles vor Ort vorhanden. Ebenso hat die Ausstattung des Hauses keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Küche und Kühlschrank waren sogar schon mit ein paar Nahrungsmitteln bestückt, sodass der erste Einkauf im Supermarkt nur kurz ausfallen musste. Regelmäßig kam uns auch eine zutrauliche schwarze Katze besuchen und ließ sich von unseren Kindern bewirten. Alles im Haus und auch der Außenbereich waren sehr sauber. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall ein Urlaub, an den wir uns bestimmt noch lange und gern erinnern.
