Villa Varvara is a beautiul, spacious holiday home with private swimming pool , ideally located just 700m above from the unspoilt beach of Kerasia and close to the pretty upmarket fishing village of Saint Stefanos. It offers to its guests sensational views over the Ionian Sea and is a true heaven of peace and privacy in one of the most sought after areas of Corfu. Villa Varvara offers to its guests a generously sized private swimming pool, extensive private grounds with trees, shrubs and flowers as well as carefully finished interiors, and can sleep up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms (+ 1 extra bed if required) in a elegant yet cheerful environment.Inside, the property has been cleverly divided into 4 self-contained units (split over two floors) rented together as a whole indipendent villa to benefit from the exclusive use of the pool and the common areas, yet giving privacy to all the guests when required and at night. There are 2 units with 2 bedrooms each (one double and one twin) and further 2 units with one twin bedroom each (that can be turned into doubles) all having direct access to the outside and to the attractive sea-facing balconies. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a flat-screen satellite TV (free channels). An extra folding bed can be provided free of charge for an extra guest (mainly suitable for a child up to 12 years old). Baby cot is also available free of charge (on request).Each unit has its own bathroom with shower (4 in total), fully equipped kitchen as well as living area where the guests can enjoy privacy or relaxing time together. Additionally a poolside area furnished with a large table, chairs and barbecue is available for all the guests to spend time together admiring the views or enjoying al-fresco dining.Outside, Villa Varvara is surrounded by extensive private grounds beautifully mantained and planted with local trees, shrubs and flowers. The large private pool, providing total privacy with no neighbouring properties overlooking, offers breathtaking views to the turquoise Ionian Sea and is equipped with sunbeds and parasols for relaxing days unders the Greek sun.
