  • New and luxurious villa with a private pool just 100 metres from Almyros beach in Corfu.
    Villa Nobilita features a modern, luxury environment equipped with every comfort, allowing you to spend an unforgettable holiday with friends or family.
    The interior is very bright, offering 7 bedrooms each with a private bathroom, and can accommodate up to 14 guests.
    A well-equipped indoor gym is also available for guests.
    Outside, the villa boasts a beautiful private pool and a panoramic rooftop with an area equipped for outdoor dining, where you can admire stunning sunsets over the Corfu sea.
    The villa is located only 100 metres from the sea and the splendid Almiros beach, making it an excellent starting point for exploring the entire island of Corfu.

    At the disposal of guests: private outdoor swimming pool (21 x 5 metres; depth: 1.30 metres) with a separate section for children (depth: 0.60 metres); panoramic rooftop terrace equipped for cooking, dining, and relaxing outdoors; 7 bedrooms each with a private bathroom; veranda equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining; barbecue; solarium terrace; private enclosed garden; close to the sea and the village of Acharavi (shops of all kinds); children's play area with table tennis, darts, archery, and a floating basketball hoop for the pool; indoor gym (treadmill, exercise bike, stepper, resistance bands, exercise mats, and dumbbells); Wi-Fi internet connection (free Wi-Fi); air conditioning in all indoor areas; parking.

    Distances: sea 50 m, minimarket 500 m, tavern 700 m, Acharavi (all kinds of shops) 2 km, Kassiopi 11 km, Agios Stefanos 22 km, Paleokastritsa 36 km, Corfu Town (airport) 40 km.

    Included in the price: mid-week cleaning of rooms and bathrooms every 3 days.

We had the best time in Villa NOBILITA. The house is wonderful, brand new and the staff keeps everything perfect. We had a vacation/business stay in the Villa and it was a great success. Everybody appreciated the location and the amazing terrace, the perfect location for evening dinners and drinks. A must try is the GREEK NIGHT, organized by the staff of the villa. It is a great experience and the best way to try some fantastic Greek dishes (cooked by the ladies of the villa’s staff) in the relaxing atmosphere of the outdoor setting. In addition, being the villa so close to the sea it always gets a refreshing breeze and the sound of the waves, really an unforgettable experience. A great thank to Nicos and the owner who keeps everything perfect.

We just wrapped up an incredible 4-night stay at this villa in Corfu with 12 friends, and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. The villa itself is clean and welcoming from the moment you walk in — every space felt genuinely cared for. The attention to detail throughout the rooms, kitchen, and common areas is above and beyond anything we've experienced in a rental before; it's clear the owners take real pride in this place. The pool is one of a kind, with loads of different sitting areas scattered around it, so with a group our size there was always a quiet spot to relax or a lively corner to gather with everyone. The location strikes the perfect balance — tucked away and private, yet just 5 minutes from town, and the beach is an easy 2-minute walk away. What really made the trip, though, was Nikos, the property manager. He took such great care of us throughout the stay and went out of his way to make sure we were enjoying every moment. We couldn't recommend this villa more, especially for a big group of friends looking for comfort, privacy, and luxury. We'll be back!

Villa Nobilita is amazing, better than described and we spent most of our days there. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here and definitely hope to be back! We were a group of 13 and at no point did we feel it was a squeeze for so many people in a single villa, in fact it's quite the opposite with so much space inside and out and especially on the amazing rooftop area. The villa is very clean and modern with all amenities you would expect. Each bedroom is spacious and comfortable with its own en-suite facilities, quality towels and bedding. As amazing as this villa is on the inside, it's real appeal is what's outside with a huge infinity pool and comfortable loungers and in particular the rooftop area which covers the full footprint of the villa. We joked that you could hold a good size wedding reception on the rooftop with the space and available seating. It would be amiss of me not to mention the owner Zafiris and property manager Nikos who honestly could not do enough for us. Zafiris even came into town To collect us with our shopping from the supermarket when we were unable to find a taxi. A truly amazing place with service that is second to none. There is a very nice beach and beach bar with mini market (which is a little on the expensive side when compared to the supermarkets in the main town) all within 5 minute walk. There are some nice restaurants in walking distance along the beach. I would say the main town of acharavi is walkable (25 to 30 mins) but it's not an easy walk with children so taxis are better.
