From the poolside, you get the best vantage point for admiring the natural beauty that surrounds you. Here you can easily spend a day marvelling at the lush green countryside and shimmering blue seas that travel into the distance. In the garden there is also plenty of space to sunbathe with sun loungers and outdoor patio furniture. For meals with a view, the al fresco dining area and stone-built barbeque is perfectly positioned.
Inside, two sea facing bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms accommodate up to four guests on an idyllic getaway to Greece. The double bedroom boasts a balcony terrace while the twin bedroom features a kitchenette with step access to the pool terrace.
On the ground floor, the living room is equipped with comfortable seating, a TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and direct access to the dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with all the latest appliances and utensils you may need. For optimal fun in the sun, Villa Adriana Sea View also provides a pool table.
This property contains large gaps in the internal Staircase and external railings. Please ensure children remain supervised at all times.
Please note, as can be seen in the images, this villa sits within a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 145cm wide alongside 9 steps. The front door has a width of 84cm. The door to the terrace is 84cm wide. There are 3 steps down to the pool area from the main door. Whilst there are a few steps around the villa grounds, the remaining terrace is flat, with lawn in places. The pool itself has step access. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor. There are 16 steps to the first floor where the bedroom door is 69cm wide, and the ensuite door is 65cm wide.
