Perched high above the Ionian’s whispering waves, Valtes Blue is a sleek, modern hideaway where every morning’s first light glimmers across your private infinity pool, its waterline melting seamlessly into the deep-blue sea beyond. From this elevated vantage point, the horizon feels close enough to touch, and the views stretch unbroken across the southern Corfiot coastline.
Inside, the villa is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor, a light-filled, open-plan kitchen, living and dining space opens directly onto a sun terrace through wide glass doors. Two bedrooms, a double with en-suite and a twin also with en-suite, enjoy direct access to the pool terrace, making it wonderfully easy to drift from pillow to poolside within moments. Above, a charming mezzanine double bedroom nestles under the sloped roof, complete with its own en-suite shower room for added privacy and convenience.

Outside, life centres around the irresistible infinity pool, flanked by loungers and framed by endless sky. A shaded dining terrace and portable barbecue invite long, lazy lunches overlooking the water, while early mornings bring the gentle hum of fishing boats gliding out from Boukari’s little harbour below.

The villa sits just a short, steep stroll, or a quick hop in the car, from the waterfront hamlet of Boukari, known for its peaceful pebble shore, calm translucent waters and a string of well-loved seafood tavernas right at the water’s edge. Boukari’s charm lies in its simplicity, friendly locals, super-fresh fish and the kind of unhurried atmosphere that makes holiday time slow down. A mini-market is close by for daily essentials, while slightly further afield you’ll find the neighbouring resort of Messonghi (5km) with more shops, tavernas and a sandy beach.

Despite its serene hillside setting, Valtes Blue is also well placed for exploring southern and central Corfu. Head south to the long, sweeping sands of Issos (10km) and Halikounas (15km), both backed by dunes and nature reserves that feel wonderfully wild and untouched. Continue to Lefkimmi (16km), a traditional working town with a slow-moving river, pastel houses and authentic cafés, perfect for a quiet wander or a mid-morning Greek coffee. 

To the north, you can discover the historic Achilleion Palace (16km), with its grand terraces and sweeping gardens, or explore the charming hill villages dotted along the interior of the island. And for a full day out, Corfu Town (28km), with its Venetian fortresses, elegant Liston, labyrinthine old streets and bustling shops and cafés.

Valtes Blue offers a rare balance: a peaceful retreat high above the sea, yet close enough to Boukari’s shoreline charm and Corfu’s most rewarding gems to make exploring both effortless and deeply enjoyable.

The twin bedroom can also be prepared as a double, please advise at time of booking. The lane leading to/from the nearby tavernas does not have a footpath. The property driveway is sharply inclined. Please note the access road to parking goes behind Valtes Blue - please refer to the photos for full view of the access road.  Being located next door to Valtes Green means Valtes Blue could be a good choice for an extended family or a group of friends who can be near to each other whilst retaining their own individual space and privacy. Verde Azur is located below Valtes Blue and Valtes Green as a further option for larger groups seeking three villas all close by.
