Inside, the villa features three comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, along with three bathrooms—one of them en suite in the master bedroom. The main level includes a cozy living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, freezer, cooking utensils, plates, a kettle, and a filter coffee machine. Amenities such as a washing machine, hair dryer, air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi up to 24 Mbps ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. The property is equipped with a solar water heater, providing continuous hot water under normal weather conditions; in extended cloudy periods, an electric boiler is available and typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat the water. The entrance is easy to access, with parking available on the property, and a baby cot is provided upon request.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in starts at 15:00, with earlier entry possible if the villa is ready, and check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bin. The villa offers a personal welcome on arrival, and child equipment is available upon request, ensuring a pleasant and stress-free stay for families and groups alike.
