Welcoming, airy, cozy, and perfectly located between the famous Roda and the quiet Agnos, this truly special holiday accommodation can sleep up to 6 guests offering unbeatable value for money. Providing extensive outdoor areas, lovely views to the sea and mountains, air-conditioned interiors and surrounded by the peace of centuries-old olive trees, this little villa will amaze you! In addition, the beach is just a few steps away (only 400m): an opportunitu not to be missed!Inside, the property is set over 2 floors and has been totally renovated in 2022 to offer the most contemporary holiday experience. The ground floor has a large lounge with sofa, fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (one double, one twin by default, but beds can be joined or separated on request). The upper floor, which has its own entrance via steps from the main terrace, is a romantic suite with double bed, sofa, and a shower room. The balconies provide amazing views over the green countryside and the blue sea beyond. An extra bed (single) can be provided to accommodate a 7th guest.The property is surrounded by a true oasis of peace and tranquillity, with stunning olive trees, flowers, shrubs. It is a real heaven, pampered by the gentle breeze. Here guests will be able to relax, dine outside, enjoy the sound of the cicadas, read a book. And, last but not least, the sea is just a short walk away from the house!NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, cleanings, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week.
