Parties, events, and loud music are not allowed.
Please respect the quiet hours during the afternoon and late evening.
Pets are not allowed, unless agreed in advance with the host.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Before check-out, please turn off the air conditioning, lights, and appliances, and make sure all windows and doors are closed.
Please leave the apartment in a reasonable condition and dispose of rubbish in the designated bins.
