  • Beach Villa Blue é uma nova propriedade emocionante, com piscina privada, perfeitamente localizado a apenas 80 metros da famosa praia de Barbati. Dormindo até 4/6 pessoas em interiores totalmente climatizados, o Beach Villa Blue é a casa de férias perfeita para umas férias de luxo e inesquecíveis em Corfu: modernamente mobilado, oferece belas vistas para o mar e fica a uma curta distância a pé. praia, lojas e tabernas. A praia de Barbati em si é uma verdadeira jóia na ilha de Corfu: beijada por água tourquise, oferece a oportunidade de relaxar em privacidade, ou para apreciar a vista de um dos bares de praia da moda, ou para alugar um barco (sem licença) exigido) ou para jogar qualquer tipo de esportes aquáticos.     No interior, a villa tem 2 andares e é acessada através de uma trilha da área de estacionamento privativo reservada para uso exclusivo dos hóspedes.
    No térreo há uma área de estar / jantar em plano aberto com ar-condicionado e grandes portas de sacada que se abrem diretamente para o jardim. A moderna cozinha está totalmente equipada com placa vitrocerâmica, forno, microondas, máquina de lavar louça, geladeira com freezer. Um sofá confortável (que pode ser transformado em uma cama de casal de tamanho francês, se necessário), uma TV de tela plana (canais de satélite gratuitos) com leitor de DVD e ligação à internet wi-fi (gratuita) são fornecidos. No rés-do-chão há também um acolhedor quarto twin com ar condicionado e casa de banho com chuveiro.
    Uma escada interna leva ao andar superior, onde a suíte master está localizada. Como todas as outras ��reas da casa, o quarto principal é climatizado. Possui uma cama de casal, banheiro com chuveiro, é decorado com bom gosto e tem acesso directo a um grande terraço com belas vistas sobre a piscina, o mar e a Montanha Pantokrator nas traseiras.

    A piscina privada de azulejos de mosaico com a sua água azul cintilante é o oásis perfeito para relaxar ap��s um dia quente na praia. Está situado na frente da villa, está equipado com espreguiçadeiras e guarda-sóis e está rodeado por exuberantes arbustos mediterrânicos que proporcionam privacidade. A piscina mede 6m x 4m e a profundidade está entre 0,6m e 1,7m. No entanto, com uma praia fantástica a apenas alguns passos de distância, decidir se ficar na piscina ou nadar no Mar Jônico será uma tarefa difícil!
    Um pátio sombreado, decorado com bom gosto com mesas, cadeiras e sofás, está disponível para os hóspedes: um ótimo local para saborear uma refeição ao ar livre ou uma bebida à beira da piscina!

This villa was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed for our party of 4 adults and two children. The children especially loved the pool. The location was perfect just a stones throw from the a lovely beach and beach bars. It was also very near to the village of Barbati with lovely restaurants and coffee shops. The hosts were so friendly, welcoming and helpful, a lovely example of greek hospitality that makes Barbati such a lovely place to holiday. I can highly recommend Beach Villa Blue.

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Blue. Everything about the Villa was perfect. The pool was exceptionally clean, gardens beautiful, great air con, fully useable kitchen with everything you’d need and with three full bathrooms it was perfect for our group of six. At the top of the road is a well stocked supermarket and in less than two minutes a flat walk takes you to the beach with crystal clear, swimmable sea. It’s the best Villa we’ve stayed in. Communication was 5 star and everything was so easy and stress free. Thank you!

The villa itself is beautiful! Really lovely place with all of the amenities you need. It’s super private and close to the beach. It’s also next to some of the nicest beach bars in the area that we love! It really was a beautiful place to stay. All in all, a nice place to stay as it is beautiful and the views from the main bedroom are stunning.

Eine sehr schöne Villa zum Wohlfühlen in optimaler Lage: wenige Meter zum (nicht überlaufenen) Strand. Supermärkte, Restaurants gut fußläufig erreichbar. Die Betreuung durch den Eigentümer und Mara war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, auch bei später Anreise. Sehr gute Betten, sehr schöner Pool, schattiger Patio zum Frühstücken. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Beach Villa Blue is a lovely property set within a scenic location. The property was very clean and the owners/contacts were always available if anything was needed or we had any questions. We (Parents and two older teen sons) stayed for a week at Villa Blue. Very nice, homely villa with all necessities provided. Garden was beautiful and in full bloom during our stay. The pool area very nice too. Located effectively at beach level, near but unaffected by Verde Blu bar/restaurant meant that a 50m walk and you were in the sea! Superb!

Lovely villa and location

We (Parents and two older teen sons) stayed for a week at Villa Blue. Very nice, homely villa with all necessities provided. Garden was beautiful and in full bloom during our stay. The pool area very nice too. Located effectively at beach level, near but unaffected by Verde Blu bar/restaurant meant that a 50m walk and you were in the sea! Superb!

Perfect small villa for a family of four. This is our third visit here as we love it. The pool area is beautiful. Wonderful location for the beach and restaurants in Barbati. We had intermittent water supply for the first two days of our stay which was tricky but the owner did his best to sort it out. Posarelli Villas are extremely efficient and helpful to deal with.

We arrived at the villa and were absolutely delighted with the accommodation it was exactly as we expected but the garden and pool area exceeded our expectations! The views from the master bedroom were breathtaking We met the owners on the first day and they could not do enough to help us settle in. Barbati Beach is only a few yards away and has lovely restaurants and we were even invited to join a wedding reception which was lovely. We had fantastic days out at Paleokastrites and Glifada Beaches

Beach Villa Blue is just a dreamy paradise on Earth!!! This villa offered us the best getaway in Corfu we have ever had!!!Its location is magnificent and only 20 mins away from Corfu town!! Plenty of spaces to sit and relax both inside and outside the villa and all super clean and private!!! Beautiful crystal clear swimming pool in a fully relaxing area and really comfy sunbeds!! The beds are super comfortable with perfect mattresses and pillows!! Two kitchens, one indoor & one outdoor, fully equipped with everything one may need, offers the best area for cooking and having a BBQ with family!!! The bathrooms, each for every bedroom, were super clean and nice-scented from the moment we entered the villa until we left!! The terrace upstairs is just a dream and offers magnificent views over the horizon and the sea during sunset and nighttime!!! The owners and the host were amazing, super attentive with everything and extremely kind and helpful providing us info and recommendations about everything in Corfu!! This villa is highly recommended to everyone as it offers a 5+ star quality accommodation!!! We look forward to coming back in August for wonderful summer holiday!!! Definitely our first choice for holiday in Corfu !!!

Lovely stay at Villa Blue

We were given comprehensive directions to the villa which was exactly as the photos led us to expect. The villa was just right for the 4 of us and we were blown away with the beauty of the pool and gardens and the villa itself. Barbati Beach itself is so close with the choice of restaurants and bars that we were never disappointed with the meals and were even invited to dance at a wedding reception. We went to the local Supermarket and ended up having a wonderful meal at the owner’s brothers restaurant Mare in Ipsos which was superb. Loved Paleokastrites and Glyfada Beaches

La casa era fantastica, posizione a barbati a due passi dal mare in uno degli angoli più belli dell’isola. Posarelli e il proprietario non sono stati facilmente reperibili, mentre la keyholder Mara e suo padre super disponibili nell’aiutarci a risolvere qualche problemino avuto durante il soggiorno (nulla di che, giusto wi-fi, luci della piscina niente di troppo rilevante), ci hanno anche portato una bottiglia di vino per scusarsi del ritardo che avevano fatto per raggiungerci a casa. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, la casa è esattamente come la vedete in foto, piscina, area relax e terrazzo veramente un qualcosa di unico. Soggiorno ottimo

Beach Location

Lovely two bed, two bathroom property owned by very helpful owners. The house is located literally 2 minutes walk from the beach and very close to lots of lovely restaurants. Beautifully decorated with a lovely swimming pool and even better decked shaded area. The only thing we would say would be that there were no instructions on how to operate anything in the house, where anything such as local supermarkets are, where bins are located etc and that the kitchen is not very well equipped. We ate out every night as a result. Having stayed in many villas over the years I would expect there to be a better selection of saucepans & kitchen equipment and a dish that actually fits into the oven. There is also no ironing board at the property, although there is an iron. Overall a lovely place to stay on an amazing island! Holiday of a lifetime!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa und Barbati! Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft sauber und es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Die Kissen, die Bettbezüge (super Matratzen!), selbst die Auflagen für die Liegen waren sehr sauber und man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Auch der Pool war top und die Beleuchtung am Abend sehr stimmungsvoll. Wir hatten das Glück ohne Nachbarn zu sein, aber ohnehin ist die Privatsphäre der Villa unschlagbar und der Garten von keiner Seite einsehbar. Der Garten ist ein Traum, überall blüht es selbst im Oktober. Ein paar Dinge in der Küche könnte man noch verbessern (scharfe Messer, eine Schere, einen kleinen Topf, Schwamm fehlen), aber das sind wirklich Kleinigkeiten. Toll war auch der schnelle unkomplizierte Kontakt zur Besitzerin vor Ort als wir einen kurzen lokalen Stromausfall im Ort hatten, der aber schnell behoben war. Das Meer ist wirklich direkt vor der Tür, die Beach Bar chillig und das Wasser unglaublich. Unbedingt ein Boot am Strand bei Spiros leihen, das war unvergesslich! Also alle Daumen hoch für die Beach Villa Blue und Posarellivillas, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

דירה נקיה מאוד ונוחה. גם הבריכה נקיה ונעימה. יש כל מה שצריך. מטבח מאובזר, מכונת כביסה עם חומר כביסה, חצר מאובזרת והשמשיה לים היא בונוס נחמד. עם זאת, באיזור יש הפסקות מים, והמענה לא היה מספיק מהיר. הכיור בחדר שירותים אחד היה סתום, ולא היה מספיק נייר טואלט. סך הכל טוב מאו
