Ariadne Stone House Giannades

Nested in the traditional village of Giannades in central Corfu amidst the serene Corfiot countryside, this stone house is a rustic maisonette ideal for families who wish to experience genuine village life.

On the ground floor there is a spacious bedroom with a king size bed, equipped with air conditioning, television and a small fridge. On the same floor, there is a second bedroom with a queen size and a single bed plus a shared bathroom with shower.

A wooden stair leads to the first floor where there is an open plan, fully equipped kitchen and a living room with traditional fireplace, as well two sofas, one of which can transform into a bed. The kitchen leads to a large shed veranda equipped with dining table and sofas where you can have a quiet meal and at the same time enjoy unique views of the blue Ionian Sea, the surrounding countryside as far as the eye can see and Corfu Town.

All rooms are beautifully decorated with wooden beams, stone walls, traditional Corfiot antique pieces of furniture and offer concealed lighting to further enhance the exquisite ambience. There is wifi access,while smoking is not allowed within the premises. The guests can also enjoy the privacy of the fenced and stone paved yard, and free parking space is provided in the surrounding area.In the village the visitors can find all the amenities like tavernas, mini market, cafe, bakery and post office.

Ariadni Stone House is ideally situated 14 km from Corfu Town and international airport and at a close distance from famous golden sand beaches, such as Glyfada, Pelekas and Ermones. At a short walking distance, there is a mini market, traditional cafes and a post office.
