Hotéis Cápsula em Coreia do Sul

"The hotel was so bad I had to book another one on the same day. Hotel.com staff were super helped up and understanding and helped me through. But not only was the hotel was extremely bad, when asked for refund(I sent pictures of a dirty bed, no moving space within the room, and voiced my concern that even tho it was supposed to be an all female floor, men were using the bathroom and had easy and free access to our beds) they only refunded me 20$ out of the 600$ I paid. So: hotel has no common...
