"The condo has been recently remodeled, looks and feels brand new inside. The unit was very clean, everything worked well. There is a small, three unit apartment building directly across the river, not shown in the listing photos, but wasn't much of an issue.One concern in the near future - there is an old lodge and house along the road, across from the condo parking lot, which look to soon be demolished or remodeled. The area is fenced off, construction crews were beginning to arrive at the end...
