"Worth the money. They have a small pool, jacuzzi and even a small gym. Very friendly staff, Excellent breakfast. And walkable distance from restaurants and gondola to the ski resort. "

"False informatiom saying they are at 10 kms from Rila Monastery, but you must round the mountain and you must do 120 kms to arrive... what kind of fraud it is? It is to much!!!"

"A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced."

"Excellent staff, spacious rooms, delicious food in the restaurant. Good spa, but maybe small if the hotel is at full capacity. We were satisfied and will visit the hotel again."

" Honestly, it's not the most modern hotel. There's no mini-fridge in the room, and the TV isn't the latest model. But the rooms are large and very spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff was courteous, and the breakfast was reasonable. The price was attractive and, in my opinion, worth the money. For those who are intimidated by a luxurious hotel, this may not be the first choice, but for those who want a nice place on a reasonable budget, this is definitely a reasonable option."

"This hotel has everything, t they have thought of every single detail from baby food in the restaurant, robes for children and adults, to kids indoor play area supervised 9am to 10pm... and you can leave your child while having breakfast or dinner. Very well organized, great pools and food, walking to trails in the forest. My kids didn't want to leave"
