"Love this place and happy to be going there since it opened over 30 years ago It’s changed overtime with multiple different owners. Overall, this pace is still to out liking despite lack of the woodburning for our place, the resort fee and more recently the parking fee. In this particular case, the checkout staff was rude. "Spirit Ridge was beautiful, clean, and very friendly staff"

"Room smelled bad (cooked bacon) and felt dirty. Basic things like shower soap dispensers were empty (staff told us to call house keeping which is kinda difficult to do once you are in the shower and have no soap. Several items in the room weren't working (most importantly the coffee maker) .... staff told us that this was the third one this week....so rather than be proactive and either check or replace them they waited for a coffee deprived customer to call them....not good."
