"The location was quiet and convenient both for walking to eateries in town, and short drive out to The Enchantments. It was clean and had everything needed for beds, towels and basic kitchen supplies. Note there is only a window air conditioner in one bedroom upstairs. We weren’t there in a heat wave, and open windows and fans were adequate. "

It wasn’t that important, we were tired and had our phones. The big disappointment was our dinner. The dining area and bar was nice but we were very disappointed with our meals. We opted to leave early and not to eat breakfast there. "

"We never got to stay at the hotel. They called us in the way there and cancelled our weekend due to a ‘ room emergency’. Then we began a nightmare of calls trying to get our refund being bounced between Expedia who told us to call VBRO who would promptly tell us to call Expedia. What a nightmare! "O hotel é muito lindo, bem localizado, boa estrutura, vistas lindas, quarto amplo, tudo ótimo! Onde está o problema do hotel: o restaurante (jantar) não é bom, não condiz com o alto padrão do hotel. Falta pessoal tb, tudo muito lento, poucos garçons e pequena equipe no hotel (nem arrumaram o quarto)."
