"Well furnished and well equipped place which was clean and stylish. We only stayed a couple of nights but enjoyed the peace and break away. We had a lovely meal at The Stag and Hounds- would highly recommend. John was always there if we needed him and was very informative."

"We stayed at this house for the second time, using it as a base for fishing at the nearby by reservoirs of Rutland, Grafham, and Pitsford. It's a great property, very well equipped and comfortable. Communications with the owners were easy and helpful."

"Very good accommodation for us as a group of friends on our annual get together. Room to sit and chat in the the kitchen and living room, and lovely outdoor area. Beds very comfy. Long mirrors in every bedroom room would be good."

"Stayed for a few days after Christmas. Ages from 7 to 68, and all felt comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Able to cook large roast dinner. Smaller oven a little difficult to access but can be done. Hot tub loved by all. Microwave, games machine, large Tv all available. Large enclosed garden. Owner reply’s to enquiries almost immediately. Excellent service. Thank you very much."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Rectory Farm for the Christmas Holidays. We stayed in the two bedroom loft which was perfect for our family. We saw some fantastic wildlife including a badger, ducks, birds and loved the rolling green English countryside."

"We were very impressed with the overall quality and cleanliness of the property. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Our only concern was that it does not state in the property details that the stairs are narrow and steep and that the bedrooms open directly onto the stairs, this does pose a problem for older people and those with mobility problems. I do feel that this information needs to be in in the property description so that potential customers can make an informed decision as to...

"The property has a high standard, there are a few things however that could be improved on. Wardrobe space is sadly lacking and could be placed on the landing. Also a chair in the bedroom. Please dont be so stringy with the toilet rolls. Willprobably"
