"Bad check-in experience. The receptionist was lazy, didn't tell us anything about the hotel, didn't offer us the possibility of a paid upgrade, didn't want to sell us the beverage package. Regarding the room, it clearly needs an urgent renovation. Old bed, old bedding, old tv. 3 star hotel standard. I can't understand how this hotel has the Shangri-la flag. As for the staff, very kind."

"Bar and dining is very expensive. Air conditioning in the room very noisy. The lounge chair cushions are dirty. Jacuzzi not hot enough and the water was brown and a bit smelly. The speakers at the pool bar were in poor condition resulting in a lot of distortion when the music was loud. All small things but otherwise a very nice resort and we will definitely like to come back."

"Very welcoming, staff are so very friendly, helpful, cheerful. Bus transport on roadside beside resort. Resort and rooms very clean, tidy and housekeeping staff absolutely 5 star. So enjoyed soaking up the sun at the beautiful pool. Daily activities including the 12 noon sundance which most of us joined in, lots of fun and laughter. Breakfast was wonderful with such a variety of food to choice from. Only downside was the choice of dinner meals I feel they needed to change the selection more...
