"Room was clean, quiet, and beds were very comfortable. Hallways were in need of some cleaning. One elevator, as noted in other people's reviews, is a bit scary. It jerks and makes noise. Breakfast was ok...stayed two nights and each day hot breakfast choices were identical, food wasn't replenished without asking, pancake machine didn't cook pancakes thoroughly. I would possibly stay here again because the room was clean, quiet and very comfortable but breakfast and elevator were my reason for...

"The room was very clean and tidy. My disappointment was that we had to phone at the front desk to get registered. Covid is finished now so the protective shield at the front desk needs to be removed. I couldn’t hear what the person was saying at check in which was very annoying. Our first flush in the room bathroom had the toilet over flowing. Plugged before we even finished our first flush. Stuff like that happens I guess. ?? Thanks. John. Room 407 and 405."

"We had a good stay but the elevator key card not working multiple times and having hands full that we had to empty to swipe was a big pain. Also not having ice on every floor and the elevator were very slow. Also back door one was push and the next set pull makes no sense"

"Nice staff, clean room although the carpet was a little sticky in bare feet, AC would time out every 2 hours, slept great and the complementary breakfast was fine. Not even comparable to the disaster when I stayed at their neighbours Knights Inn a few nights ago. I will easily be back again and thank you for everything."

"Located far from any amenities or shops. It was fairly comfortable, but the kitchen lacked many tools for making our simple dinners such as tongs or a pairing knife. There seem to be a lot of rules around eating and cooking smells that I haven’t seen in other places. The pool was quite small and the hot tub did not work properly. It wasn’t terrible, but I would not consider staying here again."

"It’s a as smoky room non smoker even can step in so we didn’t stay there and request you guys for refund. Even we told the manager but she don’t have any room available and she suggested that ask Expedia for refund. After that we called you but still haven’t got any positive response or refund . If you can make it asap it would be appreciated. Thanks"
