"This was our second year at the River Estate at Toccoa and we had another amazing stay. This place is perfect for grandparents, children, spouses, and grandkids to get away. There’s plenty of room. The heated hot tub pool and sauna were perfect when the weather was a bit chilly. The house was well stocked. They were greatly appreciated! watched deer almost daily come across driveway into the field next to cabin to eat in the morning and evening . "Cabin was secluded yet 15 minutes to nearby towns for restaurants and shopping. It is extremely clean and clear on house rules. We spent alit of time fishing trout and floating on the river. We had no complaints nor issues at this beautiful home that comfortably housed 5 adults. Lots of stairs inside and out but we liked the exercise.
