The gas fireplace in the living room will keep the entire place warm during cold nights and the furnished balcony is a great place to hang out - the views are wonderful! You'll have access to a shared hot tub, perfect for your muscles after spending the day shredding some powder at the slopes. The ski locker is a great way to store your gear while you thaw out in the hot tub. Directions for the keys and condo were very confusing. Had to call host for help. Condo itself was nice and clean and great location.

Such an amazing place and location. Plenty of room for the four of us and our 3 kids who work at Copper could comfortably come over and visit. The hot tub and saunas were a great add on after a long day of skiing. Beds were pretty comfortable. We can’t wait to come back again.

Super convenient location!

Copper Get Away

Tip for checking in - follow the process outlined for you... it became a little scavenger hunt for the whole family. Find the building, the box, get the key, find the building to stay in, open the doors, find the room! It was actually fun.

Great condo, great location and GREAT onsite help!

Great condo. Great location in the center village 100 yards to the American Eagle chair. We had a small SNAFU and the onsite manager was terrific in helping us. We will stay here again for sure!

Very nice

Perfect location, quiet, and clean. There was no parking pass left and we didn’t hear back until the next day so we were concerned the car might get towed. The actual condo was very nice and we would stay again.

It was nice.

It was nice for a family of 5. My 3 boys don’t like to share beds and they didn’t want to pull out the sofa bed bc they think those are uncomfortable so one just slept on the couch. The master bath needs a new shower head - it was a RV shower head so there was no water pressure. It was hard hard to find the under ground parking but once we found it we were good. We had a great vacation at Copper Mountain.

This property is in a great location for Center Village activities. Underground parking is a plus. The unit was not as clean as we would have liked (dining table was filthy, there was trash under the sofa). Linens did not include washcloths - had we known we would have brought some. The TV was a big issue - when it worked, it only received one station. We were promised that local VaCasa staff would contact us about the issue, but no one did.

Great stay but a few tweaks

So clean, great communication and very easy to check in. PERFECT location. My only suggestions would be: need more utensils/cook ware. We had a party of 5 and we were constantly washing spoons and forks as there were not enough. Also the listing is a bit misleading. The second bedroom has the bunk bed, but the pull out queen is in the communal space, which is fine, but a consideration for sleeping.

Copper Stay week of November 18

Overall the property was very good. The photos were accurate and the building location was very good in the resort. The unit was provided with enough paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap for the week- which was very nice. We were a family of four and it was a comfortable unit. The wi-fi worked great and there were no issues. The only suggestions that I would make to the owner would be to purchase new bed pillows for the master bedroom. There were a lot of pillows to pick form but unfortunately were all flat and flimsy.

Location Location Location

Easy walk to the ski slope. Ski rental company in the building. The place was clean but showing its age. Unfortunately the heating system for our unit was off when we checked in. After a cold night the local staff provided 2 space heaters. A maintenance guy came on day 2 to replace the thermostat. This did not fix the problem. We relied on the space heaters for the rest of our short 3 night stay.

Working from copper

The property is comfortable and in a great location. I was terribly disappointed with the property manager. The fitness center and hot tub were out of commission and no one communicated this was unavailable. I called, emailed and went to the Vacasa office. I got one message from the customer inquiry line asking if I had paid the utility bill for the hot tub. Vacasa customer service was terrible. I paid $140 for use of another gym and hot tub in the area. I feel taken advantage of by this property, as it did not provide the services advertised.

Great location, comfortable room

Taylor's Crossing is fantastic: right in the middle of Center Village, steps from anywhere on the mountain via the American Flyer/Eagle lifts, comfortable room and great hot tub! The room is mostly as-advertised, and we only had a couple of minor inconveniences: no dishwasher detergent and no oven mitts. Not a big deal, but an easily-correctable small thing for the property manager. Vacasa manages the property and communicates well, but for a first-timer with questions on the check-in/check-out process it was hard to get a clear answer in the moment of need. Their texting service is responsive but hard to use if you're driving around Copper looking for a place to park to get your key. Those minor inconveniences notwithstanding, this was the perfect place for me and my two boys (12 and 10). We would definitely recommend the property and stay here again.

Loud Room w/no Privacy

This room has no view except of the small public hot tub! We had to keep the blinds shut the entire time so people could see into the condo so it felt like we were in a cave. Plus the lightning in the condo is very minimal making things worst. Every night after the kids were in bed a loud group of older kids (college age or late 20s) would come barreling into the hot tub area yelling and shouting like they were in a frat house. We’d never stay in this room again. A couple other bites, there are NO cereal bowls in this condo and no blender! Wish I didn’t have to give this one star.

Cute Condo, Not great check-in

The condo was great. Exactly as described. However, the check-in process was a mess. The text messages I received with instructions were incomplete and it took us about 45 minutes to finally get into the condo. You can only communicate with the property management via text. They did not know how to get into the parking garage or where it was located. You have to pick up your key cards from a lock box on the other side of the property before getting into the garage or condo. It is quite a process, especially if you don't know where anything is. The address in the instructions takes you to the parking garage. You must get your key cards on the other side of the property before heading to the garage.

great location

This condo is as pictured - 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, small living room and dining area with seating for 6-8 (8 if you squeeze in). The location in Center Village, only a short walk to the eagle and flyer chair lifts, was great. We could come in for lunch easily and head back out for the afternoon. The included parking spot and ski locker were really convenient. The other reviewers' complaints about the proximity to the hot tub are legit. While the hot tub is supposed to be closed after 10 pm, 2 out of our 3 nights there were groups of people who were out there and were loud after 10. The kitchen was decently stocked with pots, pans, kitchen tools, etc. but there were no pantry staples other than coffee filters (it's a drip machine) and salt and pepper shakers. The fitness room in this building was pretty sad - a single treadmill, an old school stair stepper, and a recumbent bike that didn't work. Overall, for us the location was most important and we really enjoyed how close this condo was to the slopes.
